Leonard Balk a highly regarded long serving (34 years) NSW Police Officer. For five years Len was a Police Driving Instructor at St.Ives Police Driver Academy and Senior Instructor for a further two years. Subsequent to this Len was a Highway Patrol Rider and Driver, Field Driver Training Officer working in areas including Driver Development, as well as being a HWP Supervisor until retirement from Police service. Len is an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Road Safety and has been a Consultant to the Post Licence Driver Education Industry for in excess of 19 years.
